Slice the pear thinly, and dry briefly on parchment in an oven. Defrost the flaky pastry. Dice and fry the bacon, add the chopped onion, brown, and finally add the chicken liver, cubed.
Cook off the liquid, season, mix with the paté and add marjoram.
Roll the pastry on a floured surface, cut into squares, top each with a slice of pear (if the squares are too large, halve them).
Top the pear with a teaspoon of the stuffing. Fold along the diagonal and seal the edges by pressing with a fork. Bake the parcels in an oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Serve as a snack, unaccompanied.
